In Guided Meditations, Anton leads the listener through two simple and very powerful meditations, both about 25 minutes long.

Both the Breath Meditation (Track One) and Yoga Nidra (Track Two) have been chosen as a result of many years of experience with participants in Anton's Meditation Courses.

He has selected these two techniques from the Yogic and Buddhist traditions, as he found them to be most effective in leading participants into deep states of meditation quickly. At the request of his students, they are now being offered to the public.
